User Agreement

1.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that may be considered as violating Ukrainian law or international law norms, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that may lead to or result in disruption of the normal operation of the Website and its services.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is considered to have accepted this Agreement.

1.3. The Website Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally at any time. Such changes take effect 3 (Three) days after the new version of the Agreement is published on the Website. If the User disagrees with the changes made, they must stop accessing the Website and discontinue using its materials and services.

2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Ukrainian law or international law norms, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that may cause or lead to disruption of the Website and its services.

2.2. User comments and other posts on the Website must not contradict the laws of Ukraine or generally accepted moral and ethical standards.

2.3. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any potential or actual losses or damages related to any Website content, copyright registrations and related information, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts the User makes through information or links provided on the Website.

2.4. The User accepts that all materials and services on the Website or any part thereof may contain advertising. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible for or obligated in any way regarding such advertising.

3.1. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing between the User and the Website Administration any agency, partnership, joint activity, employment, or other relationships not expressly stated in this Agreement.

3.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, it shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

3.4. The inaction of the Website Administration in case of any User’s violation of the Agreement shall not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and copyrighted materials in accordance with the law.
