1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. “Website Administration” – authorized employees managing the site on behalf of Nova RP, organizing and/or performing the processing of personal data, determining the purposes, composition, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” – a mandatory requirement for the Operator or any person with access to personal data not to disclose them without the consent of the subject or other legal basis.

1.1.5. “User” – a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website of the online store.

1.1.6. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open the corresponding site page.

1.1.7. “IP address” – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out the product purchase form on the Nova RP online store website in the Donate section and include the following information:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the online store website, for placing an order and (or) concluding a Contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely with the Name of the online store .

4.1.6. Carrying out advertising activities with the User's consent.

4.1.7. Providing the User with access to the sites or services of the Online Store's partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without limitation of the term by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.3. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration shall inform the User of the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.4. The Site Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unauthorized actions of third parties.

5.5. The site administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.2. The Site Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, do not disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and do not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the User's personal data transmitted, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Use precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.

6.2.4. Block personal data belonging to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7.1. The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the improper use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before its receipt by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit with a court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Online Store website and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to court for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Online Store Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
